PIXELatedPETS™ Shipping Policy

Our goal at PIXELated PETS™ is to get you your custom products as soon as humanly possible.  There are a few variables at play though, so we thought we’d share the info so you understand the whole process.  We added some pictures so it is a bit more interesting to look at.  Heck, we even made a chart in case you are a numbers person!

The Process:

When you order your custom product from PIXELated PETS, it is processed in the system and a determination is made for which Print Facility will be creating your product.  Imagine several different factories for the different types of products we offer:

  

Your product(s) are sent to the correct factory and they are then created on the next available print at its factory. When you order multiple articles from the same factory they will be shipped together.  However, if you order a cup and a shirt, those would ship separately as they are not from the same factory. Either way, we’re going to get you your items!  Click 'here' to see a list of what items you can expect to ship together!

All orders are processed, printed and approved for shipping within 3-6 business days. Then your item(s) are packaged, a shipping label is printed, and the package is placed in a shipping bin to be picked up by the carrier.

* When we print a shipping label it triggers the tracking number, and the tracking number is emailed to you.  However, the package is not physically moving until the carrier picks up the package from the shipping bin.  This is a very important notation, as customers may assume that once it is printed it is immediately on a truck being sent to you.  Actual transportation starts after the shipping company has logged the package on their end well after you have already gotten the tracking number from the printing company.  So don’t try and track too early!  If it hasn’t been logged in yet at the shipping facility, there is nothing to track.  Even with the number!  Soon though… your tracking number will work correctly!

Important Bits of Information

* Almost all the products from PIXELated PETS™ are shipped from U.S. factories when possible.

* Our factory partnerships work Monday thru Friday.

* Please keep in mind that delays may happen during heavy, holidays or events, so please order early to avoid the rush!  Holiday times can be found here- Holiday Calendar.

* Also note that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.  That being said, we will bend over backwards to make sure your products make it to you just as soon as humanely possible!

 * At this time, PIXELated PETS ships only to U.S.A.   At a future date we expand and ship to more countries.  For questions on this topic please send us an email at info@PIXELatedPETS.com

Domestic Shipping

Our shipping prices are the cost to ship the product by weight from our factory to its intended destination.  If you order 2 items and they come from the same factory, the second item will ship in the same package and the second product will be at a lower price.  The shipping price will appear before you submit your final approval to the purchase.   

In order to keep shipping costs down, customers will get free shipping for purchases resulting in $50 or over. (This includes printing at multiple PIXELated PETS™ factories, resulting in multiple packages.) 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PIXELated PETS™ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  Most of PIXELated PETS™ products are American printed and shipped. 

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

It is not recommended to use P.O. Boxes if possible.  The reason is because we can’t guarantee which shipping provider we will be using (it depends on the factory).  If we use a Factory that uses FedEx, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

 

Checking the status of your order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please remember to allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 13 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@PixelatedPets.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you!

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@PixelatedPets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
